We at Auremi take utmost care to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, we follow a strict yet transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.

  1. RETURN POLICY

To maintain product hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns once a product is opened, used, or tampered with.

However, we will accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You have received a damaged or leaked product.
  • You have received a wrong item that differs from your order.

To initiate a return, please email info@auremicare.com within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order number
  • Product images and unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner or request you to ship the item back to us.

  1. REFUND POLICY
  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval by our Quality Team.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • In case of COD orders, we may request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

Please note: Refund amount excludes any shipping charges paid at checkout.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request cancellation, email info@auremicare.com with your order number and reason.
  1. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer product exchanges due to hygiene and quality control protocols.

  1. MISSING, WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDER

If any item is missing from your order, or you have received a wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof.
Our team will verify and process a suitable resolution — replacement, partial refund, or full refund — based on evidence.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care products.
  • Items not in original packaging.
  • Products purchased during special discounts or clearance sales.
  1. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Auremi reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if the claim appears fraudulent, exaggerated, or without sufficient evidence.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR, India.
