This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on www.auremicare.com.
By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- In the event of unexpected delays due to high demand, logistics issues, or natural disruptions, we will notify you via SMS or email.
- SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work only with trusted and reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post and others.
Tracking details will be shared with customers as soon as the order is dispatched.
- DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or local restrictions are beyond our control and shall not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.
- SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A minimal shipping fee may apply on COD or lower-value orders as displayed during checkout.
- ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number.
You may track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
- DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PARCELS
If your parcel appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately email info@auremicare.com with photos and video proof within 24 hours.
Claims without unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
- DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or refuse to accept the order, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping can be arranged only after payment of additional delivery charges.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Auremi ships orders only within India. International delivery will be announced once active.
- FORCE MAJEURE
Auremi shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or transportation restrictions.
